New installation of Web Camshaft

So I installed a Web Camshaft this weekend and now that I finally got my timing, valve lashing and advance/retarding corrected I must say... Hell yeah! I've seen web cams for a whole and was finally ballsy enough to pick one up off of eBay like 5 months ago. Now why did I decide to install this masterpiece? I love my A20 but realized that the time was right. The hellish hot summer is done and my curiosity finally had me under her hood. Now I will be doing some time trials, 0-60 times and will post acceleration with speedo plus tach inputs. I have a few pics but more shall follow! Go Web Go!

... a b20 cam gear will NOT allow tension to be applied to timing belt because it's just slightly larger in diameter than an A20
. Oops lesson learned lol.

Interesting, so what'd you do to correct the timing and advance? Is the cam not too far from stock to require obd-1 or did you do the obd-1 swap?

As far as timing is concerned the optimal degree was 20 degrees BTDC which was only 10 degrees off of normal timing with advance. Oddly enough it was quite simple to acheive. But i didnt have to do a single thing for obd. Everything stock was how it was designed to be installed but i can continually upgrade my fuel pump regulator, bigger injectors, and this cam will just only continue to produce the same opening but with a better response. But the cam wasnt too far off from a stock A20 cam.

That's pretty cool! I hadn't heard of this cam before, didn't realize there was a non-ecu upgrade route to go haha

Oddly I got mine on eBay for 200. But the can you're talking bout is quite the valve opener. I've had BC stage 2 dohc cams in my b18a1 and they felt like this cam so yes my web Camshaft has quite the pick up
