89 accord lx timing adjustment

So i recently bought an 89 accord lx with a carbed a20a1 stickshift much like my 87 only that was automatic. the previous owner screwed up the timing adjustment and I have never done a timing adjustment before on a vacuum advance dizzy, is there any advice anyone can give me on setting it properly? I do not know the correct degrees before tdc and would like to get it right.
