I paid $83.95 a peice for Pirelli P4000's. They're stock size for '89 SEi, I think that's 195/55/14. Did I get ripped? Also, does anyone know another good all-season, non-directional radial?

Dammit, GW, it's pronounced "Nu-klee-er."

With out knowing if you got free mounting and balancing at that price I'll say I think you did get ripped.

Thats about what they cost, I had a set and they were real nice. Werent they H speed rated (130mph)? They sucked in snow tho, so did my cooper cobras (also good street tires). Good all season tires are cooper weatherhandlers, prolly a little more expensive than those pirellis tho, not sure.

I had dunlops too... graspix snow tires (not bad) and D60s and they sucked bigtime.

I've driven on eager's, RE92's, GT II's (goodyear), D60's (agree they suck) and the A2's The A2's were superior to all of them, by a significant margin.

True, definately a top 5 tire. But also not suited for what the poster here wants. He want's all season tire's, and he mention's price, besides Michelins, Toyo's are extreamly expensive.

I picked up a set of used GA's once, I had to have new tires and simply did not have the cash, so I grabbed the used GA's for like $40. I thought they were nice, the A2's were better though. But in a short time one of the GA's self distructed at 70mph while I was going around a mild corner on the freeway, I found the money for new tires right then. I've never driven on a yokohoma all season, only parada's, A-008 and A-008R's.
