I just read your post if it has a carb I could use the valve that's on the snorkle of the air cleaner if the valve is in working condition and holds vacuum. I'll be checking for your reply on Monday

Thanks

I got your message. Thanks for the response.

I hope your valve holds vacuum I'll be more than happy to buy it off you. The manual says to use a hand vac and pump it down to see if it holds vac for around 5-10 mins. Mine's is shot holds zero vacuum. I'll be checking for your response. Thanks brother!

You can get a rough idea by pressing the plunger down and holding your finger over the vacuum orifice. If the plunger stays down, you know it's holding vacuum reasonably well. I've had good luck testing vacuum advance diaphragms in the junkyard that way.

So happy to see this thread. I need 1 head bolt. Found the head broken off a head bolt of my 87 lxi today while changing a leaky valve cover gasket. Not sure how long it's been broken. The car runs fine, no fluids being exchanged/burnt/leaked.

One head bolt is all I need!

Thanks

Any chance you would have a fast air idle valve?

Do you have the driver's door handle and lock cylinder? I'd be interested in buying that, especially if it's black.
