Fender exit exhaust

Hey guys I'm new the forums but on my 2nd accord. But I hope this is the right thread. But to my point I wonder if anyone had done a fender/bumper exhaust exit and they did it. Im up for challenge but I want something different from other people do around my town. And I do live in a non emissions area so need to worry about that. Any advice or suggestions would be helpful guys.

Can't say that I've seen one. But have plans to do it to mine at som point

Doesnt seem to hard tbh, cut some pipe, do some welding, cut a hole and done.
Now having a muffler on it as well may prove to be a challenge...
