View Full Version : 86-87 Kaminari Kit

I like the way this kit looks like on their website:

But I found a picture of one that wasn't attatched to the car yet and it looks like it just goes over the original bumper:

Is it supposed to be like that?

Yeah, the Xenon kit is the same exact way, it isn't a replacement like the newer cars have, it just mounts to your current bumper.

From what i hear they give you double sided tape to use but it is not strong enough so the alternative is to use special glue.

that kit looks ok i guess. there's really not much you can do to the front tho... i like when ppl throw a lip on from a 4G or something. and tastefull mesh always helps

but gadDAMN those are some UGLY rims on that demo car. look like ninja's will bust out of the 'cord and kick some import ass or something. lol

Hostilejava's is screwed on. it's only 4 screws and they are pretty well hidden so it looks good.

Do they have that same style for the 89 accords? Is that a fiberglass kit or a ureathan kit? Sorry about that spelling but I think you get what I'm trying to say. (I'm really sick so plz give me a break)

If that's the case with the xenon, I won't buy it then. I thought it was the whole bumper and we had to take our bumper off and replace it with the xenon bumper............... I'd rather get a 4gen lip.

Dat's the spirit!! Those 3g joints are nasty!! save yur money! Hopefully that deal that mark is working will come thru!!
