Take your feet off the gas pedal when you shift :D
Probably your throttle cable is binding a little, grease it up a bit at the TB. Also grease your pedal joint.

it could also be your fast idle valve acting up. Is the ecu thownig any codes? also check your engine bay for any split or frayed or unplugged vaccum lines.

Could be the throttle cable or timing belt (?)

How do u read the codes?

thats hwo u read codes off of the ecu. all u do is count how many times the led blinks ( u look from the driver side passenger side). There is always a pause before the code read out start to blink. so u count that, and match it with the link above and u found ur problem. If the ecu is throwning codes, then the check engine light on the gauge comes on.
