Interior lights

My dome light works in my 87 accord but when I open the door the dome light turns off and the courtesy lights are dim. When I close the door the dome light turns back on after 2-3 seconds. My battery is brand new and the alternator is fairly new. The car was flooded (about 3-4 inches of water in the cab :(. The door lock actuator is fryed but my ecu is fine) so I think it may have something to do with that lol. I know it does it when I open the front doors, I haven't checked the back doors though. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

The light doesnt turn off for the passenger doors. For the front driver door it stays off until 15 seconds after you close the door again. The rear driver door it turns back on as soon as you close the door

Probably some corrosion in a connector somewhere. Or a short in the loom.
