Taking the plunge

Co-worker has a b16a2 he is getting rid of for damn cheap... engine, trans, axles, ecu and all
Think I may go for it and swap it into the old accord.
I love my ol carb babe, but a 16a2 is hard to pass on....

Any tips or tricks I should know of that anyone who has done this before I should know of?

I am pretty decent at welding as I remember from reading on preludepower that there is some welding involved with one of the engine mounts..
