Hope this posted, but I have a question. This above, was said to be a JDM B20A. I have a 2.0 in my 88 LXi. Will the cylinder head off of the DOHC motor swap with a single overheader? I found an Integra with the motor pictured above, and want to snag the Hemispherical head off of it. Will it fit? My motor is a B20, right?

Okay, so mine is an A20. Right? This is what I got from reading the post about them. Still want to know if I can just swap heads. My engine and the one I'm looking at have the exact same intake. The only concern I have, is will it bolt to the block. Other than that, I can take that intake as well if it is different in some shape or form. Just don't want to take the whole engine. Don't want to rebuild another engine right now. I could just take the head to the machine shop and have it checked and cleaned. No big deal.

you can't do that. oil drain and cooland lines won't line up.
just do the B series swap. it may cost you $3000-5000 depends on the engine you get, but it would be better than anything you have now. plus you can supercharge B16 or B18 to make HP go over 220Hp with stock internals.

I figured that would be the problem. May just go ahead and snag the whole motor. Just hadn't decided yet.

The motor in the pic is a B20.
The integra you seen is probably the B18.
What you probably have under the hood now is A20.

if the integra engine looks like this one (with a gold cover) it's a D16 or (ZC). it will NOT fit in the car
