Well my car will not start anymore, and it smells like gasoline under the hood. I have checked all the wires and voltage and the battery. THe car is not dripping anything, and was running until i changed my spark plugs. I put back my old ones and it still wont start. Can someone that knows what they are talking about please tell me what to fix?

hmm, make sure you have your spark plug wires correct. that is the first thing i would check.
second, pull the fuel line out and turn the ignition on, make sure you have fuel comming in.
third, check all the fuses inder the dash, and under the hood.

I put them in the correct order 4,3,2,1 in the 4,2,1,3 distributor. I dont know how to pull out my fuel line(sounds bad), but please advise me on how to do it without lighting my entire garage aflame. Also checked the fuses, the engine turns, but doesnt turn on.

It does not knock anymore for some odd reason.

Does it even crank?

Tell us what sounds it makes if it makes any. If it just clicks when you turn the key it's either the starter or alternator.

Well it makes the ignition sound like its going to turn on, but just keeps going without ever changing sound.

You need to check for fuel. Get yourself a manual and keep the flames away :D
