Single owner 88 DX Sedan 5spd 174K miles

I will need to sell my long owned 88 DX 5 speed sedan 174K miles. As I am the single owner, I know about everything ever replaced, repaired, etc. The clutch will need replaced soon. The passenger side axle cv boot is torn, I have the axle for it. Drivers side was just replaced last year.
It still runs great! burns no oil, motor never opened up. Transmission is great shifts as new, 5th gear is fine! 100% stock car here.
The body not so great. .. ( if there is interest, I'll get some photos up) It was rear ended last year, but just bruised really. Passenger side has a big scrape from front door to rear wheel well. Drivers side body is nice :lol:
You can drive it away, I still drive it and just passed CA smog. I'm thinking something like $500.

Forgot to add that I am in the sierra foothills of California, about 60 miles up from Sacramento.

The location is all about how far someone is willing or able to drive it... I said 'drive it away' but how far would I be comfortable taking it? It has been an 'around town' car for a few years now. I don't know, at least 200 miles I think, likely much more.
My daughter named it 'Jimmy'. Jimmy is a cream puff beater. I could lower the price if anyone around here is interested. Otherwise I'll put it on Craigslist.

Reason I'm selling is I got another old car and can't keep them both. An '89 Acura Legend.
