I was wondering what size are the head bolts for a 87 honda accord lxi MFI A20A3?

it seems like they are plus sized 10mm x 1.5mm maybe a nogo size?
my m10 x 1.5 tap seems very loose in the threads on the block.
but the bolts i got seems tight.
