Have you tried Evans in Newport TN. There all Honda but they dont keep old Hondas around. There is a super duper Honda trans rebuilder up your way also. Its not Mr.bones but a guy like him.

I did a search within 250 miles of your city. Found one manual trans car in the junk yard. Also found an Automatic SEi, lots of goodies you could go get off of that too!

Row52 | 1989 Honda Accord at Bessler's U PULL & SAVE 1HGCA5525KA002519 (http://row52.com/Vehicle/Index/1HGCA5525KA002519)

Row52 | 1989 Honda Accord at 109 U Pull It 1HGCA5652KA075629 (http://row52.com/Vehicle/Index/1HGCA5652KA075629)

Also try car-part.com. There are a lot more yards on there, but it should at least give you some starting points...

Sadly most of the yards around here dont. Only one I knew of that had a bunch of these cars got shut down cause of the EPA. Guy had like 5 accords, 3 2g preludes, a few 1g integras and a bunch of CRXs. Place was a goldmine.
Even Hilltop only has two left, one has no engine or trans, other is an auto with almost 300k miles and been sitting for years. They are both picked clean. Actually have a few parts from them currently.
I have thought about a rebuild but really really want to get a manual in this thing so keeping that as a last resort. Or if the trans dies before I find one =P

Well i didn't mean for you to do all that but I do thank you for it.
That one in Kentucky I might just check out. It's a sedan too.

So did find a few Prelude transmissions within a 2 hour drive. Came across a curious thing though. Some are labeled as a2k5-010 and some are a2k5-020. Did some looking on Preludepower and the only thing they say is the gear ratios MIGHT be different on the two. Someone also said the 010 is just an older designation and there is no difference.
Did find one that is only 93 miles from me so that is promising!
