different cams

will 92 integra ls cams fit the b20a head cause my friend says hell give them to me and they are crower cams so one with experence or whatever help on this

I'll say yes... they'll fit.

Buuuuut I know for a fact that the lift/duration of the cam will be totally different from the two motors. In short... physically the cams WILL probably fit, but it'd be like using water instead of oil in your engine. Sure you could put it in but it wouldn't run.
