fix broken vaccuum line nipples

Hey, I have a couple vaccuum hoses that are tenuously connected with epoxy and silicone. The plastic nipple that they slip over is broken and i cant think of a good way to repair them. This sticky glue method doesnt last and I worry about it getting into the tubes. I know other people have had these issues, so whats a good fix?

Depends on what's broken. What are these nipples connected to?

That or JB weld...
