I'll tell you what, since I posted my snarky comment, we've been getting deluged. It's been one storm after another. Thank God Trump turned off the weather control satellites. We're finally having a normal winter for the first time in, what, maybe two decades? It's been COLD (for Cali, anyway) and the gentle storms that roll in and drop a light rain for days on end have returned. These are the winters we used to have when I was a kid. You'd have to chisel the frost off your windshield each morning, not these terrible 70 degree winters with no rain for 5 years, then 5 years worth of rain in 1 year and LA sliding off into the sea. My dirt driveway has turned to goo, my firewood is saturated, my creek is roaring and the frogs are ecstatic! Woohoo!
