Hi everyone, greetings from Costa Rica!

I have a 1987 Accord LX, A20A1 engine with a 32/36 Weber Carb (K28 kit), i´m having problems when the car at warm temperature.

At cold start it starts perfect, it doesn´t turn off or anything.

At warm termperature, if I turn it off for about 25 minutes, it´s very hard to start it up again. When it finally starts, some black smoke come from the exhaust.

I´ve changed filters, spark plugs, brand new distributor.

Can someone please help me, i´m having this problem for about 5 years now

Probably nothing a carb rebuild wouldn't fix. Possibly a bad float, or float adjustment.

Rushell has fuel injection. You have a carb. Totally different animals.
