Windshield Replacement

My windshield has at least a half dozen big stone chips, all put there by my blessed mother before I took possession of the car. I'm just curious how hard it's going to be to find a replacement when the time comes.

I'd say it depends on whether you do it yourself or have it done somewhere. The hatchback I bought had a new windshield installed right before I got it; the previous owner had it done somewhere, so I'm thinking at least someplace has them available if a shop was able to source one. Otherwise it's up to the junkyards and part-outs probably

Considering that every autoglass shop in my area can still get me glass for my 1g, I don't think you'll have any problems getting it for the 3g. There's just so many more of them, and tons of them still on the road.
