Help Where does the cable go on 1987 Honda Accord from engine fuse box

I have a 1987 Honda accord. My father has dementia and I went on vacation. The car was running but not I have a cable from the fuse box under the hood not connected to anything? Where does it go? Car has NO power now:sad2:

one goes from the fuse box to the alternator and the other goes to the starter battery. Fuel injected model
