Ok this just started to happen. I get in my car in the mornin and start it. First of all it doesn't stay started because there is no high idle. i have to sit in it and rev it for 2 min or so. Then when i drive it. i go to hit the gas and even if i barely tap it. The car stalls out. Now the car won't even stay started for 2 or more min. I am thinking that my carb is dying. because it is not runnin to well when it is in there either. so i am checked the filter by the tank. And it is fine. Maybe it is the secondary in the engine compartment. but the car is sittin in the garage at school because thats where it is sittin. will crank and run for 2 min then die out. the car wil idle but if you hit the gas it dies. Is it time for a new carb. or a rebuild? tell me guys help me please.
