WTB: 1988 LXi Distributor

For 1988 LXi 2 door hatchback with 5 speed manual trans. Mine is toast. Supposedly there are 2 different distrib's, TEC or Hitachi, that could be on my car. How do you tell deference?

That's a TEC. It says so on the cap, and I recognize the internals. If you don't return it for the core, I'll make you an offer on it as is.

Thank you onebad. The thing completely exploded! The internals came undone and completely windowed the housing, top fuel style. I ended up buying a new one.
