seat cover patterns

a friend of mine is wanting to do new seat covers. he has a 94-95 eclipse that is white with black interior. does anybody know where to locate some seat cover patterns? would upholstery shops carry that sort of thing, or do you have to order it? any tips and advice is appreciated.
