okay here's my situation. My car's a pain to start in the cold weather up here (from about 10deg. to -15deg.) Now I just had the battery checked so I know that's not the problem. When I turn they key I just hear a clicking sounds or sorts (very quiet) and it doesn't even turn. Then I'll sit there in my car for about 10 minutes trying it every once in a while and then it'll finally start. And oh yeah, it only has this problem when i try to restart the car within about 3 minutes of it running. Thanks for all of your comments.

Sounds like a starter, or possibly the battery cables. At the rarest it might be the ignition pigtail...but don't worry about that till you check other things first.

i would check the starter's ground it 's a very thin wire and does this big problem ! clean the end of it , clean batter terminals , check the ground and clean !
