whats up everyone! i'm really new to this forum. i'm gonna go pick up my new 89' LXi right now. :D i just wanna say that forum is the BOMB! everything i needed to know bout the 3rd gen is right here! aite everyone, see ya'll around.

Welcome man!!! It's good to hear that you're getting a 3rd Gen. Get some pics posted as soon as you can. If you have any questions use the Search feature and check the FAQ / How 2 sections. If you can't find it there then post a message. Do you plan on doing any performance or appearance modifications?

Welcome, another CT 3g I see. There are a bunch of us in CT, so if you need any help let us know. Also, you gotta make it to our Ct 3g meets! :) Anyway, I am in Rocky Hill and if you need any help don't hestitate to ask.

Good to see another 3G enthusiast has found our site. Welcome, and yeah as Steve said, there are a few of us here from CT, so if you need any help with anything on the 3G, just let us know.

Good luck with the new 3G. Post pics, and give us some details on it. Mileage, 2dr, 4dr, hatch, etc, etc, etc....

hey thanks for all the support guys. i picked up a black 89 lx-i coupe today. this guy at my work was looking to get rid of it so i asked how much he wanted for it. next thing you know he hands over the keys and title and asks for NOTHING! trust me, i was just as shocked as some of yall are now. anyways, i think i'll have pics up this weekend or so. although the car is really beat, it just needs some tlc! and with some much info on this site, it shouldn't be too hard. ohh btw, anyone know of where i can get my hands on some jdm parts. any info is greatly appreciated.

what drop are you running? Im guessing those are coilovers? I want my 3G to be that low but I didnt get coilovers... I have the sprint 2.25in springs.

Ground Controls and Konis. I am running them at about a little less than 3/4s on the front and about half or so on the back.
