Does any one know if a 2bbl Rochester 250 carb will work

Not without modifying the intake pretty heavily.

I did have this thought about taking weber adapter plates, mounting those and then mounting a 2 to 4bbl carb adapter on top of that. It'd stick up pretty high though.

Check out the dj-2m2me it's a 2bbl carb. Chevy used them on everything up to the 302.
