Hey all, i just joined , i may be buying a 86 accord hatch, is that a good car? they want 2100$ canadian, thats about 1300$ american, it has 200000kms on it and the front end of the motor has been redone, timing belt etc, its clean in and out what do u guys think?:pimp:

go for it! I don't think that's a bad deal as long as it's in good shape. We could use another hatch owner here. Welcome to the board man! I hope you stick around for a while. These 3G's are great cars, and the hatch (and euro. aerodeck) sits apart from the sedans and coupes as it's got a completely different rear end then the others. Great cars, built like tanks as long as you change the oil at least every 7K mi.

Welcome to the board. Accords are good cars, especially the 3G Accord cuz it's cheap to maintain and overall, it's just a good car. It would be great if the hatch you're getting is LX-i cuz it'll be fuel injected.
