Milky Power Steering Fluid

What's the cause for power steering fluid to look milky/pink in the reservoir? I've done a reservoir clean/out refill. Should I do the drain and refill like manual says? Doesn't idling and turning until no more fluid comes out leave the pump dry and burn it up?

Usually its water in the fluid.

A lot of my friends have had trouble with there Hondas with this but I never seem too.

It takes alot of flushing to clear up. Remember to use Honda power steering fluid or equivalent!

EDIT: I always forget the power steering fluid reservoir has a filter built into it so if its contaminated it will keep making your fluid murky.
