Could someone take a look at this computer print out and tell me how bad it is or isn't. I took the car to get an alignment today and they said they couldn't align it because the specs were too far off. I just recently did the lude arm conversion and forgot to tell them so they probably didn't think the front camber was fixable. I can understand the rear camber since my car is lowered but what about the rear toe. Is it even possible to correct rear toe on our cars?

What do y'all think. Are the specs so far off to realign??

Peace out..

how far is the car lowered? I think it should be able to get the toe and caster reasonably close, but the rear camber your probably stuck with because the car is lowered. As for your front right, have you ever hit anything there or tweaked it, it looks way off compared to the back. I dont think you can get all categories into spec with the car lowered, but if you can get the toe and caster into spec i wouldnt worry about the rear camber, it may make your tires wear funny tho.

Thanks for the response Epicenter. The car is only lowered about 1.25"-1.5". If you remember, I am the one who hit a curb a few weeks back and wrote the thread about my "loose steering". The funny thing is that I hit the curb on the front left, so how is it possible that it is my front right that is all messed up? Yeah, I realize that I will have to live with the rear camber, but how do we adjust rear toes on our cars. Is it like the fronts where you turn the outer tie rod end or something like that? That info would be great. Oh yeah, could you also explain the numbers for me a little. I know that negative camber is when the top of the tires tilt in, right? But what about caster and toe. On the sheet, I have a +.95 toe on my front left. Does that mean the front of the tire is tilted in or out. And the Caster angle, I have +2.6 on the front right.... I think our front shocks tilt forward at the top, right? so does that mean it is tilted too far forward or not enough?

Any more insight into this ordeal would be great.

peace...

I'm think positive tos-in means the tires are turned outwards, not sure about the caster. There's an adjusting bolt on the lower arms in the rear to set the rear toe. Definatly download Paul's manual, chapter 19 at least, for instructions and pics!
