Oil water mixture shooting from pulley belts

So I started my car today and as I was waiting for it to warm up I started smelling oil when I opened the hood a mixture of oil and water was shooting from somewhere in the pulley belts I couldn’t tell where since I turned off my car to prevent any damage to the engine anyone know what it could be?

well good chance its the water pump. if the car didnt over heat replace it and you should be fine.

Do you have oil in your coolant if you look in the radiator cap?

Turns out it was the water pump thanks for the help!

Fluids were all changed recently turns out it was just the water pump that gave out
