That special screw at the back of the steering wheel...

So I worked on the LXi yesterday replacing both the broken original H/L horn. After that, I noticed one of the special screws at the back of the steering wheel is missing (see diagram). This screw is special and is somehow spring loaded and connects to the big horn piece with the Honda logo at the center of the steering wheel.

I tried looking it up on the honda parts online site to no avail.

Anyone knows if I still have a chance to find one ? (no accords in JY here)

The Honda logo in my 87 and 89 wheels just clip in... Without it does the horn not work at all?

I don't need to take the horn pad off. There are four special screws at the back connect to the horn pad but I am missing one so there are only three of them. Horn still works but its kind of off balance when I press it (hard to explain)...
