Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking around for a few months, decided to register today.
I have an 88 LX.
It’s automatic, but I’ve been going to the junk yard and scavenging for a manual swap. I think I have everything for my swap now.
Anyway.. the car was a gift from my dad. He bought off an older gentleman who live in Manhattan. The car was barely driven. Then was placed in a garage and the car sat for a long time it has 49k miles on it.
The car is supper clean and I already did a de-vac and installed a Weber. My dad drove it down to Texas ( where I’m living now) last Christmas and I’ve been working on it here and there. Anyway just didn’t know what to write as my introduction. I thought the background of the car would be a good intro.
