I'm going obd0 to obd1, not sure what it's called but it's the vacuum thing near the fuel pressure regulator. My question is do I just hook it to the intake manifold since I'm getting rid of all those sensors or do I need another sensor out of that box for it to function properly. 88 LX-i if it helps

man you always ask great questions. On this one youll have to confer with one of the vacuum line ripper outters we have on here.

Normal operation the secondary runners open at 5000 rpm. They may just wire them open all the time or convert to a b series single runner intake.

I have been looking for a b16 intake but I've had no luck so I'm trying to just get what I already have going for me. Going to be doing some research on the sensors in the black box and see what I can do

I'm hoping I can get a b series intake soon but for now the stud holding the distributor broke off and I can't continue the conversion without getting it out, nor can I put the old distributor back on. So they car lies dead for a few days, more time to research I suppose

Didn't mean to post twice oops

I feel targeted here. Unfortunately I don't know what a fuel injector is.

Cmon buddy, there's plenty of manifolds, you know you want one (https://jhpusa.com/collections/b-series-intake-manifolds)

I will have to look into what the hell you're talking about, but I might be able to give you an answer.

I am assuming you are taking about the thing on line 13? Tbh I did not know these cars had variable length runners, the more you know. It won't work without the solenoid in the black box. You might be able to take it out of the black box and mount it some where. If you don't want to bother with it then you will have to remove your intake manifold, open it, take the butterflies out and plug the hole. Here is a guy doing it for a miata manifold Removing the butterfly from the intake manifold on the Boosted Miata - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-yjyt3KBvM)

I will say you don't need it to be gone, either way you do it you will lose top end or low end, the only way around it is a b16 mani. I would suggest the blox manifold.
