I'm at a bit of a loss here to be honest, nothing to really indicate what's happening. Could use some help here. Car is Automatic and Fuel Injected.

Basically, the car keeps cranking and cranking without catching. It will occasionally almost catch and get going but it goes back to cranking immediately after that. If I'm lucky, the car will usually start right up after 10-50 tries.
However, I'm not entirely hopeless, I did some trouble shooting and I found that the car has good spark(Proven by using a screwdriver and a spark plug).

The interesting part is the fact that I unplugged a fuel line on the driver side of the fuel rail(I assume this is some sort of valve that opens to let in fuel) and when I was cranking no fuel was flowing at all.
The problem is very intermittent, however it seems to be more of an issue when its hot outside.

Going to some older threads on here it seems that this has something to do with the main relay(which I have no clue where/how to get to that since it wasn't under the hood of the car).

My question essentially is: Is it the main relay or could there be something wrong with my fuel pump. I have the mechanical skill, I'm just not sure where to go from here.

Thanks guys, you all are awesome. I'm at a bit of a loss here.

The main relay is under the dash on the left above the dead pedal. You can use the manual and jump it out to test only.

I would also verify that your timing belt is ok and not missing a few teeth or snapped.
