#1) i want to install keyless entry in my car. what do i need to do and is it hard???

#2) whats a good MP3 player that i can hook up to my head unit?

if you buy a good alarm for your car they often come with an optional keyless entry setup on them. I bought a viper 500 i think it was, and it has that on it as well as two additional channels for whatever you want, like popping your trunk or turning on your stereo
