That plastic shield under the engine compartment

Hey guys,

My question is pretty simple: is it possible to replace that black plastic part that sits under the engine (protecting against the elements)? Mine was rubbing on the pavement and I cut it out. Now I realize it would have protected the componenets under the hood from salt and other foreign objects. Any help will be appreciated.

i know you can replace it on a 5th generation accord. i have twice on my 94 because it rubs sometimes. i assume the same is available for the 3rd generation

Yes. Or you can run without it, no problems.

Well in harsh environments its better to have it, if you need a good one somtimes you can find them on the internet or at a Junkyard
