what kind of condition is it in? body straight? what's the mileage, is it DX,LX or LXI?

DX is Carbed with no power door locks or windows.

LX is the same as above but with power accesories.

LXi is fuel injected with all power accesories.

:) welcome!

Nice Find it looks like! Contact them and go for it! If it is the carbed version (and since they don't say I would assume it is) you should acctually be able to get it faster than the fuel-injected versions get by doing a dual weber carb conversion, cam upgrade, short-ram intake, and exhaust (header and cat-back).
That is, unless you have the desire (as I do) to drop $3-4k or so on an engine swap. If that is the case, getting the LX-I will help out a lot when the time comes for the swap. Welcome Aboard!

Or perhaps it was just re-painted including bumpers, or the bumpers were replaced with LX-I bumpers after a fender-bender, etc. You really need to ask the owner and/or have him/her take a pic of under the hood and e-mail it to you so you can see. If it is in decent shape, though, it is an excellent deal especially if it is an LX-I 5-spd hatch. I am acctually looking for a 5-spd LX-I hatch myself and can't seem to find one. The ones I have seen in the past if in good shape usually sell for around $2000, sometimes more. For some reason LX-I 5-spd hatch's seem to generally be around $500 more than a 5-spd LX-I sedan or coupe.

Those are LX bumpers... Plus if the car had fuel injection the owner would have added that in the Comments as a selling point. So Im pretty sure its carborated but that still a good thing. :) I have a LX Sedan and I love it to death. I would go for it because the body looks like its in good condition as well as the paint. So if the interior is clean and the car runs smooth and shifts right I would take it. :) IMHO.
