hey i have installed my intake and its been on bout a week so i went to take a look at it and the filter close to the brake line got a little messed up like it got a bit dented but no biggie, what can i do so it won't get messed up no more. I put that hose that you supposed to use on the intake and cut that up and cover the brake line for now, is that good enough or should i do something else. Please help!!!

Your common sense and metal or wire and/or possibly zip-ties, no kidding, just make it work somehow.

Or you can get a different filter. Get like a Weapon-R filter or a filther with like a shield or something. I think most filters will mess up the brakeline that it rubs against.

I just placed mine so the break line went in the filter grove and never had a problem

Speaking of intakes, my CAI is made with a Civic short ram and a 90 degree bent 3 inch pipe cut and welded to size (thanks pops). I also coated the pipes with 3M Rubberized Under Coating to help deflect heat (I guess).

Black absorbs heat, white reflects it. Thats why if you park a black car in the shade its gonna get way hotter than a white car if you go and touch the hood.
