my A/C was once working a couple months ago now itdon't work no more.... this happened after i put the new deck in.... in this process i blew a couple fuses and replaced them... but now eveything works fine except the a/c... the fan turns on but the lights on the a/c button and all the buttions to the right of them.... its wierd because the fan blows and the motor idles higher but the compresser and all the other components don't work...


please help... summers comming and im dieing:crying:

does the clutch of the AC on the compressor pulley engage ??

i think theres a short in the wireing somewhere... but i can't seem to find it.... the fuses are all fine and fan bloiws air.... i dunno what to do... does anyone know about a/c that can help me with the electronics???????:huh:

a/c? it's below zero here. all im worried about is heat.

i live in hawaii thats why.... its so freakin hot sometimes.... its like summer everyday... that days i need a/c the most is when its super humid...:stick:

my ac got disconnected when i did my engine swap. so i just roll down my windows. keeps me plenty cool.

but when it rains how are you suppose to keep you windows from fogging up????

the front wind shild and the side windows fog up when it gets hot.... plus the a/c don't work so all it bloews is hot air...

Did the light on the a/c button light up before? And all all the other lights on the heater buttons don't work either? Do both radiator fans come on, and the idle rises then definatly recheck fuse #5 under the dash again.

well you didn't answer my question ??
anyway download the AC section if teh service manual ! ( the link is in teh FAQs ! ) it will very useful for truble shooting it helped me a lot !
