I won an ebay auction for a ECM. I got this and I nor the seller knows WTF it is!! So, what is it and what does it do?? Holla.

The seller was like "Just keep it and I'll send you the real ECU." That would be :cool: if he did.

Is there another number on there besides the 39110-32970. That doesn't read like a standard honda part number, usually 3 parts with the middle part being alpha-numeric.

true dat, but I think it is a Honda part. Usually the middle is like SE0 or sumin. This gem has "HMC" on a sticker. I'm guessing Honda motor company on that. The company is KEFICO, which I found out is Korean auto parts maker and that's all I could find.

Hmmm...never seen anything like that as well. Maybe it's some rare JDM Korean made 200HP ECU LOL.

Dude that is so an ECU Prolly for the honda it says but not to sure but it kinda looks like the one i had in my car.

Smaller than our ECU's though. A lil bigger than the AT computers found on newer cars. I'll prolly just pitch it since dude said to keep it and no one seems to know what it is. If peeps on this board can't call it, it ain't from a 3G Accord. These folk know screws and washers!!!

Hey im probably wrong but isnt that behind the radio and it controls the open door and seat belt beeping?

No. It's heavier, all metal, and has way too many pins on it. About the same size though.

I sincerely doubt that its a honda computer. I agree with the idea that its probably a hyundai or some other cheap asian car.

I found this thing on ebay whilst browsing with this description:

it's for a vtec...wont work, different generation accord too.
