ok here the deal is it posible to istal the 97 accord engine with 170hp and 160 torque on an 86 accord???? if it is well tell me the materials or kit list ... you get my point ... (parts) etc...

what engine would this be? but if its an f series its not going to happen. notice a trend in the posts????

well wich other engine can i swap to give hp and some good tq...
ive been told that a b16 would do the trick but some one told me to get a 2.0 lt or bigger ... ex 2.2 etc.. what do you think ....

that is the easiest and best swap for the cash.
the only problem is finding a manual tranny for the engine

some of the b series are in crvs yeah, but if you get one from japan its from an accord

theres 3 b20 engines that I know of here they are.

b20a2 - 3g Accord
b20a5 - 3g Prelude
b20bz - Crv

The B20B and B20Z belong to the CRV....the B20A is the Accord engine.

prelude and accord are the easiest.......but id go for the 3g accord if you can get one easliy from over there and a manual tranny
