Well I found a shop to make me my cat-back exhaust. They added it to the resonator that's on the car. I could of installed a glass pack resonator, but didn't see the point of spending $40 to add it (I can always add it latter). I got 2.25" piping and they used the Dynomax super turbo and 3" stainless tip I provided.

Nice and low, but mellow, I like it! Kinda boom's inside the car between 2300rmp and 2900rmp. I can feel a difference in power in the mid range to upper mid. The shop only charged me $92 to to the install.

In and out in an hour!;)

When I get the DC Sports heading installed I'll post pics of it and the exhaust.

Jim

Did you feel any loss of low-end at all? Was the piping mandrel bent?

Low end loss? No not at all. The piping is not mandrel bent, no one around here does that. I figured since the grassroots motorsport test of the super turbo on that jetta, didn't have mandrel bends, I wasn't going to worry it.

BTW, the shop did a pretty good job with the crimp bends.

Nice to see ya on the board.:)
