I just love that car man. I think it looks great without a wing. Haven't you guys seen the RSX with the kit and without a wing!?

Props for the car man! I just love it. Like I said previously, just get some 17" or 18" rims and you'll be set!

PS. too bad the rear bumper has that dual muffler hole. Are you gonna install the other muffler too or what!?

To 89accordlvr the side skirts are 4inches to long with the front bumper you have to cut the bumper parts were the lights flip up and down. Als for the teg it has a front piece on the lip where it comes up to meet the front hood (you'll have to just shave it down. As for the dual pipes it would be no chance for that. Even though i want it for a show car i want to have performance to go with it.

Far as the rims i may go up in size to fill the finder well spot. .....ARE YOU CRAZY!!! no racing spoiler is going on my 3g, maybe just a nice low one that goes with the flow of the car. As for the back looking like a vette i've had about a dozen people tell me that. And to go along with it and one guy told me to try to customize the lights like a vette too(not gonna happen though). For right now i like it the way it is. I'm in the process of re-doing my interior to a different color to match the outside of the car.

03-29-2003, 09:00 AM
DRAG is very lo pro... it sits like 2 inches off the surface of the car and extends off the back..

your 3gee is so sweet. At first I was like NOOOOOOO!!!!!, becuase I have the same back+ sides and nearly the same color paint. But then I relized that you almost have no rear bumper, and I will add a wing so our cars dont look the same.

I think you have one of the nicest car's here. And I'm not really a fan of body kits, especially big mouth front ends. But what you've done in my mind, totally works and you've made yourself a awesome looking car. Major props to you my man:super:

06-16-2003, 07:36 AM
DUMP THAT SHIT. It looks like shit riding so high. If you put a big body kit on your car YOU HAVE TO LOWER IT. Take out that huge ass gap between the wheels and the fenders. Even if you get bigger wheels you MUST lower it. As for wings, dont get a gay ass aluminum wing, get a nice touring style wing. Those look really good IMO.

buzzbomber88lx
06-16-2003, 05:06 PM
I'm lovin that car but my bro was lookin at it and is wondering what the piece is in between the bumper cover sides. what is that??? not an intercooler....is it just an aluminum piece??

military mase
08-21-2003, 02:40 AM
to nxracer. When the kit was put on , it lowered it about 2inchs already. As for the space in the wheel well i can tell you don't read the threads all the way through. I am getting bigger rims to put on it plus new tires. For a drop it's either coilovers or hydros. And sorry there will be no wing put on as for right now. Understand this car is still under construction.:) ....thank you.......P.S. I've been in Iraq scince April and this is the first time getting back on here so cut me just a little bit scince i can't work on it for reasons out of my control.

One thing that I didn't see you answer is what year it's from and what car it's made for. I'm assuming from a 90-93 accord, but just want to make sure. And is it for the 90-91 or 92-93?

HEY I'M STILL HERE IN BAGHDAD AND I'M STILL NOT SAFE. I WAS A HALF A MILE FROM WHERE THE U.N. BUILDING EXPLODED. BUT THE KIT IS FROM A 90-93 TEG. I HAVE AN A20A W/ HEDDERS AND CUSTOM FREE FLO EXHAUST NEUSPEED 8MM PLUGS AND SOME OTHER HI PRO PARTS. WHEN I GET BACK IT'S IF I WANT TO DROP A NEW ENGINE IN OR NOT. THE BACK BUMPER TOOK THE LONGEST TIME TO DO CUZ IT HAD TO BE FILLED AND CUSTOMIZED TO WHAT IT IS NOW. AS FOR THE DROP IF YOU LOOK AT THE PIC AND SEE MY DRIVE WAY I CAN'T BACK UP MY CAR WITHOUT IT SCRAPING. I SAY IT'S ABOUT 5 IN FROM THE GROUND. I WON'T LOWER IN LOUISIANA CUZ OF THE ROADS. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS STATE YOU KNOW THE CONDITIONS OF THEM.

08-25-2003, 07:10 AM
the kit is rounded and of course the back of the car is square so it had to be graphed and filled it with fiberglass resin cuz the bumper was sunk in about an inch on each corner .There was about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch space betwwen the edge of where the old bumpper met with the back and back side fenders.

kicker1_solo
08-25-2003, 10:21 AM

When I first saw your car I was totally set on buying that kit, but now I'm starting to have doubts. What all did you have problems with, complications, what am I looking at? I have my own shop and I can do body work but I'm just worried about fitting problems and how much work I'll have to do. So what am I looking at for the whole kit? Thanx

military mase
08-27-2003, 01:10 PM
if you want the back to have a bumper effect not like mine get the measurments and find one. evryone has a different style and taste. it took 2 days to put on then riding around in it to make sure it would not have any problems before painting.

hey kicker1_solo by the way you think i did the molding and stuff. i had a guy i know that did it for me at his shop for a cheap price. it was a itsall and paint combo. the only thing i'm doing is the interior which will be done when i get back. the next car i get will be all me cuz i watched and took some tips from the guy at the shop. with my schedule i don't have time to do all the work he put in to it as you can see from where i'm at. to ask your question it did take some time to fix.

brian, which trim model teg is that from? the hatch or the 4 door sedan? i was thinking of getting the sedan's rear cus it's longer. but if that's the sedan's rear, then i might have to think again and just go for a 90-93 accord rear. i dont really like how the rear is flat like that. but very great work!! :super:

ICEMAN707
09-12-2003, 02:11 PM
here's a pic of the teg sedan's rear versus the hatch's:

http://www.importfan.com/images/products/catalog/integra_90_93/integra_90_93_b_gtp_type_extreme_4door_rb_01.jpg
http://www.importfan.com/images/products/catalog/integra_90_93/integra_90_b_gtp_type_bw1_rb_02.jpg

see how much longer the sedan's is? it would most likely fit on the accord sedans and coupes while the teg hatch's rear fit on the accord hatch. IMO.

military mase
09-13-2003, 05:25 AM
i got the one that goes on the teg hatch. i like my setup but to each it's own. the one for the sedan would look just as good.

first off, VERY nice car! I wish I had the patience to do that.. second off, I don't see and beamer, or vette in it.... I see a customized older civic... I think its just the angles tho... AND i'm looking at the car as a wholle, and not just the bumper.... my uncle went to baghdad... LTC Hudson in Air force, maybe ya know him, or maybe not...anyway, he got hurt, so they brought him home, so he could have surgery on his back...anyway, back to the car... I'm definately not going to do the body kit on mine, because of the patience problem...but I might steal your paint job.... MIGHT... I"m wanting to go with a baby blue/light tan and/or gray interior, and I want a nice color on the outside to match

thanks for the comments on my car, sorry but we don't get much info about other camps so we live in a little shell in part of the city that's pretty bad. my car color is a midnight blue with small flakes. when not in the sun it gives off a purple haze..my interior i'm doing myself blue/black with some yellow accents to bring out the car color.

i got it done at a shop in the middle of no where. it's 10 mins way from where i live but takes a map to find the shop. the only thing i'm doing myself is the interior. as soon as i get back i'm getting out of Louisiana and going back home to N.C. (Ft.Bragg)
