my fans are rubbing

ok on my 3 g the stock fans are rubbing against my radiator it doest make any noise or anything but i can see that the fan blades are worn down from hitting the radiator is there a better cooling system i can get with aluminum fans and a bigger radiator just something better than stock

thats odd that they are touching... there are plenty of alternatives it just depends on what you are willing to spend.

I had some of the fan motor screws come a little loose and rub against the fan. If the fan is rubbing the radiator itself you should just be able to remove the fan and bend the housing to create more clearance.

You could also use some washers between the fan housing and threaded tubes on the radiator as spacers.

I've warped like 4 fans, I know what you're talking about. Just go to the junker and get new blades, they're cheap.
