ok when i remove the powersteering i remove the pump and all lines, correct?

i read somewere about the rack going out because a lack of fluid, how do i keep fluid in the rack when i remove the powersteering?

you reconnect part of the hose and make a loop... so the fluid can circulate thru the rack.
