Well I had an oversized bolt ready, but didn't need it.

I used the Fram SureDrain SD-2 and Hondabond liquid gasket, and a ribbed nylon washer. (instead of the supplied copper washer)

Reason being, the pan was stripped enough that it couldn't crush a metal washer, but was still threaded enough to handle the little bit of force required to install the bolt with Hondabond and slightly compress the nylon washer.

It's working fine after a few days. I don't expect to have problems, the last bolt I put in I used Hondabond and it didn't leak one drop all winter long.

I'll come back and let you know if I have any problems. Otherwise, assume it's all good!
