hahah its not easy.

theres tons of threads on it. u might as well change your timing belt when your down there. and just because you can see it doesnt mean its easy to change. took about 4-5hrs to do both for my and my moms BF to change it on ambers car... i dont know what i am doing, but he does! lol so expect it to take all day if you dunno what you are doing!

its kinda important to use a honda pump. In my car i had a remanufactured pump and it died after less than 30k miles... that sucks

I've done it...not an easy job...really hard to get to...take off all of the belts...timing belt cover...water pump pully...water pump...and put everything back...sounds easy but its really hard to get to cause everything is so compact

i didn't have to take off the timing belt cover.. i just took off one bolt on the lower cover and just pulled on it until i could fit the water pump through it. no problem! :D

pretty much. and i agree, do your timing belt and tensioner while you're in there. and all the fan belts.

i've had my remaufactured pump on for almost 40,000 miles now with no problems.

watched my dad change it about a year ago before the car become mine once you get everything out of the way then its not too hard but takes awhile. Also you might have to change the bolts if they strip out when trying to take off the water pump.

mine has some leaking right when I start it. After that its pretty dry and there is no drastic change in coolant levels when I drive. I'm taking care of it when I install my deltacam this weekend. Say, I gotta use that silicone sealant right???? Or does the pump come with a sealing gasket?????

there's a gasket for it but you can use high temp RTV.
