Door removal, how??

How do I disconnect the wire harness for the door so i can remove the door? (i have power mirrors and windows) I was kind of looking for some kind of plug, but i couldn't found one. I got evrything else disconnected except for the door brackets, that is.

just disconnect everything and pull it out.

Okay. I would have preferred a big plug though...
