I know some you arent fans of it, but I am still working on it. I have miss matched taillights 87/88 so the right side looks a bit higher than the left side. small detail.

Damit I think I need a new idea now. I was going to do a corvette tail light conversion and that is pretty much how it would look except the body work would be all finished. They look better in the dark but when you get the body work all done it will look really good.

this is more the less temporary. I think i want to weld sheet metal in and get it all looking like one peice then pop the lights in. !

yeah i really like that look. i was gonna do it on the hatch, but now i think i want the simple sleeper look, i will probably just black them out or something. then again i could always make another set of round tails with an extra set of lights! :)

See that's why I want to get corvette tails b/c they have reverse lights 1/2 of the middle lights. O O [ ] O O That's how my car will look like. the brackets are the license plate. The 2 middle lights are red bottom and clear top. I haven't checked pricing for corvette tails but I'm sure they're spendy.

yeah whatever dude, primer kicks ass!! shit im gonna paint my house in primer too. anyway for now im not worried about the reverse lights. these lights are bright enough when I back up If I hold the brake it lights up everything. and later on I am going to change them to LED brake lights. im thinking when I actually go to put back up lights in i will put a pair of fog lights!! LOL AHAHAHAHA. when i back up make sure everyone stays the hell out my way. um right now I am more worried about getting the turn signal relay to work. I keep shorting something out. between the brake and turn. WTF? anybody know??????/

im sure the cops with still mess with me regaurdless if it passes inspection. I just fixed the turn signal problem so that shouldnt be that big of a deal. all I got to do is add if the reverse lights and i should be doing pretty good. Blazin I was thinkin that is where i am gonna put the back up lights is in the bumper. im just looking for a set that would be somewhat flush with the bumper.

With the corvette lights cops won't mess with me b/c they have reverse lights turn signals and brake lights. And plus they're round also.

well i just fixed my reverse light problem. i just bought some really small white lights and placed them next to the license plate. it looks pretty good. they dont light up much but it will atleast past an inspection because people behind me can see that i am backing up! i did that and i stalled the second screen in my car for the PS2 so the riders in the rear can see the screen. hahahaha thanks Terry! i will have pics tomorrow!!

Hey I am starting the sheet metal and welding for the tails on saturday. Hopefully. I got a buddy with a welder and plasma cutter so we are gonna take a crack at it. hahaha hope it works!!!

well when its all done i think it will look better. i was gonna do tail conversion on mine with the round lights. i was gonna try and find an RX-7 with good tails and put em into the 3gee, but i had no luck finding good RX-7 tails. i did make clear tails but now im gonna stick with stock ones for now. i dont need to be gettin pulled over for no reflectors. make shur ur tails have RED reflectors u can see from the back and also from the side.
