Well It ever stop (IDLE)

Okie, Now that I got the idle fixed while driving.... Stopping.. The damn idle, is at like 1500 in park/neutral. In gear its around 1000. WTF MAN! How can I just adjust the Park/Neutral idle, Im sick of it hard shifting.

Is your car EFI or CARB?

For Carb you have to adjust the idle when the car is hot.
fisrt lower all the front idle screws and only set the throttle stop screw at the rear of the carb to 1000 rpm in neutral

then put the car in gear and adjust the idle screw on the front left side of the carb. and raise the idle back to 1000 rpm


then turn on the A/C and headlights and adjust the a/c idle boost screw on the front right side of the carb to 1000 rpm.
